How to Make a Quality Glass Bottle
Step 01
Raw Materials Melting
Primary raw materials including silica sand, soda ash, and limestone are melted in a high-temperature furnace at 1600°C to form uniform molten glass.
Step 02
Glass Cutting
The molten glass is divided into uniform gobs (small glass pieces) and fed to the blow molding machine for the next forming stage.
Step 03
Machine Blow Molding
The blow molding process uses compressed air to blow the molten glass gob into a mold, forming the initial shape. The parison is then heated, inverted, and blown again to finally shape the bottle.
Step 04
Annealing and Cooling
After blow molding, the glass bottles enter an annealing furnace for gradual cooling to eliminate internal stress, ensuring the glass’s strength and stability.
Step 05
Surface Treatment
Screen Printing Process:
Ink preparation → Machine setup and positioning → Screen printing production → Baking for curing
Color Spraying Process:
Paint preparation → Glass bottle dust removal → Color spraying → High-temperature baking for curing → Cooling
Step 06
Packaging & Warehousing:
Qualified glass bottles are packed with compression and shock-resistant materials, then stored in the warehouse.

Shipping
We arrange reliable logistics to ensure timely door-to-door delivery to the customer’s designated location.
